CANCELLATION POLICY

DEŔA Ebele's Nail Boutique has a no charge cancellation policy, before 72 hours from said appointment. If cancellation occurs within 72 and 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of requested service. Same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of service. Credit card information is required before appointment confirmation.

This policy is in place out of respect for our nail artists and other clients. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and prevent another client from taking that spot. We want to continue to provide the high level of service that defines DEŔA Ebele's Nail Boutique, please help us do so by respecting this policy.

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure any booking, this will be refundable providing the cancellation policy is adhered to.
